At Cheng Tai Global, we take great pride in delivering premium quality products. Our return and refund policy varies depending on the product type.

Cooked Bird's Nest — Same-Day Returns Only

As our bird's nest is freshly cooked and delivered immediately upon preparation, all return and refund requests for cooked bird's nest must be made on the day of delivery. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for requests made after the day of delivery.

All Other Orders — Within 3 Days of Delivery

For all other products, return and refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

We will consider a refund only if:

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • The product is visibly damaged or compromised upon delivery
  • The product does not meet the quality standards as described

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Situations
