📦 Product & Quality

  1. Where are your herbs/dried goods sourced from? Our premium goods are sourced from reputable producers in regions known for the highest quality, such as our Bird’s Nest from Batam and Sea Cucumbers from Kuantan.

  2. Are your products sulfur-free or organic? Yes, we prioritize natural processing. Our premium herbs, like our Red Dates and Wolfberries, are selected for being sulfur-free and without artificial coloring.

  3. How should I store these items to keep them fresh in Singapore’s humidity? Singapore’s 80%+ humidity is the enemy! Always store your herbs in airtight glass containers in a cool, dark place. For long-term freshness, keeping them in the refrigerator is highly recommended.

  4. What is the shelf life/expiry date of the current batch? Most of our dried goods have a shelf life of 12–18 months. We check every batch manually, and the specific expiry date is printed on each package.

  5. I’m new to these herbs—do you provide cooking instructions? Absolutely. Each product listing on our site includes a "How to Use" section, and we often include a simple recipe card in your delivery.

  6. Are the product images exactly what I will receive? While natural products vary slightly in shape and size, we photograph our actual stock (no stock photos!) to ensure what you see is what you get.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  1. How much is the delivery fee within Singapore? We offer a flat delivery fee of $6 via our logistics partners.

  2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard delivery for all orders above $80.

  3. How long does delivery take? Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. You can expect your package at your doorstep within 2–3 working days.

  4. Can I choose a specific delivery timeslot? Standard delivery doesn't guarantee a slot, but if you need urgent/specific timing, contact us on WhatsApp for a priority courier quote.

  5. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we focus on serving the Singapore market to ensure the freshness and quality of our goods.

  6. Can I self-collect my order? Yes, self-collection is available at our Jurong East location! However, our shop is a busy spot, so you must message us via WhatsApp to coordinate a pickup time. This ensures someone is there to pass you your items.

💰 Wholesale & Payments

  1. Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk purchases? Yes. For items like Bird’s Nest or Sea Cucumber in quantities of 5kg and above, please message us directly for our wholesale price list.

  2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit Cards.

  3. Will I receive a tax invoice for my purchase? Yes, you will receive a standard commercial invoice with every order for your records. Please note that we are currently not a GST-registered company, so no GST will be charged on your purchase, and the invoice will not include a GST registration number.

  4. Do you offer corporate gifting services? Yes, we can customize gift sets for your clients or employees. Reach out via WhatsApp to discuss your budget and branding.

🔄 Returns & Support

  1. What is your return policy? Due to hygiene reasons, food items are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a quality issue, we will review it on a case-by-case basis within 3 days.

  2. My item arrived damaged; how do I get a replacement? Take a photo of the damaged parcel and the item immediately and send it to our WhatsApp. We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange for you.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order? You can change your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once it has been handed over to our logistics partner, we cannot cancel it.

  4. How can I contact a real person? Just click the WhatsApp icon on our store! Our team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM to help with everything from technical support to recipe advice.
