Ingredients

  • 300–500g chicken (bone-in preferred)
  • 6–8 Red Dates
  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1–1.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blanch chicken briefly to remove impurities, then rinse.
  2. Add chicken, water, ginger, and red dates into a pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45–60 minutes.
  4. Add bamboo fungus and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
  5. Add goji berries and salt to taste.
